PENGARUH KETEPATAN PEMBERIAN MAKANAN PENDAMPING ASI (MP-ASI) DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN BALITA

Abstract

The accurate and good complementary feeding have a completed food of nutritions from child’s need especially micro-nutrient for growth and development optimally giving complementary feeding which doesn’t suitable for children need and parenting pattern will cause development deficiency I children at age 6-12 months. Achievement of coverage complementary feeding of infants aged 6-24moths at Ngronggot Health Public Center was 0% and there was an 37% of abnormal development infants. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the ccuracy of co-feeding with development of children 6-9 months old in Trayang village at Nganjuk City. The population mother who have child with 6-9 months old include 31 people. Using Total Sampling which match with the criteria inclusion that samples taken 31 peole. The data analyzed using Fisher Exact Test with α=0,05 and the result was r= 0,128 (ρ value > 0,05), so it can conclude that the more not also giving complementary feeding accuracy make child development will be more abnormal. Suggestions from this research that can  provide health education about of appropiate giving complementary feeding, so the development of the child to be better
